2 pieces of Pan con Tomate and a small "Iberico tasting plate" of Joselito's Jamón Ibérico, Lomo and Coppa.
Just as Estrella Damm is synonymous with Spanish beer drinking, Joselito is the first name in Jamón Ibérico, the ham enjoyed not just across Spain but the whole world. For the Estrella Damm Culinary Journey we are inviting guests to enjoy that simplest of pleasures - cold beer, bread and ham - elevated to its apotheosis.
Our Pan con Tomate is made with sourdough bread, grilled and topped with diced tomato, fresh garlic, arbequina olive oil and Maldon sea salt. This is coupled with Joselito's Jamón Ibérico, Lomo and Coppa, all prepared from the black-hooved Iberian boars whose diet of acorns helps create meats of unparalleled richness and flavour. Coppa is an homage to the great Italian cured meats of the same name, coming from the neck of the boar and aged for 5 months. Lomo is taken from the loin, smoked in natural wood-burning fireplaces, cured for over 6 months and seasoned with paprika and garlic. Jamón Ibérico is carved from a leg that has been aged for four years and is widely regarded as the finest ham in Spain. Estrella Damm's crisp, refreshing flavour helps create the Platonic Ideal, both elevating the experience and grounding it in traditions enjoyed for generations.
